4. Limitation of Liability
We provide design and consulting services to professional standards. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for construction or implementation work performed by third parties.
5. Payment
Payment terms are specified in project agreements. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate applicable in Germany.
6. Cancellation
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. Fees for work completed to date remain payable.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin.
